Playby: Tom Felton
Hair: One of the first things you notice about Draco is how pale he is. From his skin to his eyes, he's just so incredibly pale. His hair is no exception, having inherited his father's platinum blonde locks, which are always well groomed as to be kept out of his eyes.
Eyes: The second thing you notice about the youngest Malfoy, second only to his paleness, are his eyes. They are a clean silver, and while would probably be classified as 'blue', you can most certainly they are anything but when you look at them. The shining orbs are never dull, and seem to move like molten silver, with an icy clarity only Draco's eyes could hold
Height/Weight: 5 feet 9 inches, about 130 for weight.
Distinguishing Marks: Up until recently, Draco's had too perfect of a life for any scars or the like. His skin remained unblemished, though he used to swear he had a scar from that crazy Hippogriff in third year, up until this past summer, when he was marked with the black tattoo on his forearm that signals alliance with the Dark Lord.
Build: He's a bit on the thin side, though he's clearly been well fed his whole life. He's very subtly muscled, but you probably wouldn't really notice unless you were looking, although the muscle is there.
Style: The way Draco dresses is almost as distinguishing as his handsome features. He always dresses smart, in some kind of formal, dark colored attire that brings out his pale features and makes them look even more so.

Come get in my way, and get tossed in the lake
Likes:
* Feeling Powerful. Draco adores the feeling of being in charge, which is probably why he befriended Crabbe and Goyle all those years back. They're easy to control.
* Sweets. The youngest Malfoy has always had a sweet tooth, and his family used to send him boxes of sweets every week. Recently, all of the Malfoy's lives have been in too much turmoil for something so trivial.
* Winning. This goes along with feeling powerful, Draco loves winning not only because it gives him bragging rights and means he's better then someone, but also because it makes him feel more powerful, more in control.
* Speaking of control, that's another thing he likes. Control. He wants to have control over every situation, and that just doesn't mean control over others, that also means control over himself. He's excellent at making plans, and uses that technique to keep himself in control.
* Quidditch. Being the seeker on the Slytherin team is one of the only things he really enjoys, but this year he hasn't really had time for it, and isn't playing all that often.
* Potions Class. Not only because he's a favorite there, and it's a great time to taunt Potter and then watch him get in trouble, like he used to in his younger days, but also because he's surprisingly good at it. He's good at all of his classes, actually, although this year his grades have been slowly dropping.
* Snape. Well, kind of. It's complicated. Snape used to be his favorite teacher by far, but now he hates him. Draco doesn't want to be treated like a child, he thinks he can kill Dumbledore by himself, and wants Snape to just leave him alone. If he did, Draco would probably like him again.
* Receiving Praise. For obvious reasons. Who doesn't like Praise? Draco really loves it though, because it makes him feel in control and powerful, which he thrives on.
* Myrtle. Though she doesn't really seem his type, and he actually used to find her annoying like everyone else, she can be very comforting when Draco needs someone to confide in, and he actually trusts her fairly well because she's an over-emotional ghost.. even if she did decide to tell people about him, why would they ever listen?
* Wealth. He loves knowing he has money and connections, it makes him feel better about himself and powerful, and as said many times, that's what Draco lives off of. Power.
* His prefect badge. It's shiny and signifies he has power. What else could he need?
Dislikes:
* Harry Potter. They've hated each other since day one at Hogwarts, and it's only gotten worse over the years. They aren't just school enemies anymore, Draco's a Deatheater and Harry knows it.
* Harry's friends and other Gryffindors. Mostly for the same reason he hates Harry. They've rejected him, and hated him for years. His options at this point are either hate them back, or ignore them, and 'hate' is just a natural trait for Draco.
* People in general, and this has only increased over the Summer. Sure, there are a few he can stand, or even like. Crabbe, Goyle, and even though Pansy is increasingly annoying, she adores him, which is always nice. But other then the select few, Draco doesn't really like anyone.
* Voldemort. Though he'd never admit it, he's way to frightened of him to ever do anything but dislike him.
* Losing; not only because it's losing, and it's an obvious reaction not to like it, but because it makes him feel powerless, which he can't stand.
* Feeling Powerless. Like everything is out of his control and he can't do anything about it. He doesn't get how some people can just 'go with the flow', Draco always has to have control and is incredibly nervous, worried, or just plain irritated when he doesn't.
* Nightmares- and not just because they're terrifying. Nightmares are the only time he sees Voldemort, and lets just say he doesn't exactly cherish those late night visits. He's rather horrified by the, actually.
* Dumbledore. When he was younger, he didn't like him because his father didn't, and he seemed crazy. Now he just wishs the old man would die of his own accord so Draco could be done with it.
* Being Frightened. Again, it makes him feel like he has no control, and that makes him even more frightened. Since he's become a deatheater, and even before that, Voldemort has always scared him, so he's frightened a lot these days.
* His father. Even though he'd defend him until his last breath, Draco see's him as a coward and hates him for it.
Strengths:
* His Cunning. Draco is an incredibly smart boy. Not only in school, which he tends to do well in, but in planning and knowing how to act around people.
* Manipulating. Though this is partially because of his cunning, manipulating requires it's on strengths as well, such as intuition. Draco knows what to say to get people wrapped around his fingers.
* His determination. Draco can set his mind on something, and it would take a whole lot to put a damper on his efforts. Though he may get more and more crazed in his methods, and more and more disheartened, he still won't stop trying until he's accomplished what he has set out to do.
* Planning
* His mind in general
* Taunting
* Dueling
* Flying
* Logic, to some extent
Weaknesses:
* His pride. Draco thinks a lot of himself and his family, or at least pretends to on the latter. Insult him or people who are important to him, and he gets very angry, very fast.
* His temper. Draco actually has quite the nasty temper, though it comes about only when he's in his darkest point and feels he has nothing left to do. He'd much rather try to manipulate people or insult them then holler at them.
* He's power hungry. Not only does he want it, he needs it. Without it Draco isn't really anyone. He needs power to survive, and with it he thrives. Without it, he becomes nothing more then a shadow of his other self.
* Cowardly
* Pureblood Elitist
* Degrading to others
* Being kind
* Feeling sympathetic to others
* His temper
Best Memory: Though if asked, he probably wouldn't be able to think of one, his best memory is probably when he was made Seeker of the Slytherin team. Draco was so excited; he loved flying, and he thought he'd be able to prove to everyone he really was better then Harry Potter.
Mirror of Erised: Though he would never tell anyone, Draco's greatest desire is for Voldemort and deatheaters and all of that just to go away like it never happened. He wishes he had the praise of his parents, and Voldemort never existed. That's all he wants. Is to feel powerful and in control and never have to be frightened of the Dark Lord again.
Patronus: He can't produce one, doubts he could if he tried, and has no idea what memory he would use.
Boggart: His Boggart would take form of Voldemort, killing him and everyone he cares about, his mission failed.
Dementor: When he realized he would have to kill Dumbledore, and what would happen if he didn't.
Veritaserum: At this point, that he has to kill Dumbledore. Only a few people know about it, and not anyone at Hogwarts, other then Snape.
Personality: Draco, in his younger years, maybe even just a year ago, would be described as a bully. He teased and taunted people, purposely got them in trouble, and eluded punishment himself most of the time. He was a coward who loved to brag and be the center of attention, was incredibly arrogant, and always ready to gain some power for himself and humiliate others. He was a Slytherin through and through, and was proud of it. Draco was incredibly prejudiced against other houses, blood traitors and muggleborns, all because that was the way he was raised. He was brought up to hate others and be cruel to anyone he believed was below him.
However, after this summer, everything has changed. Draco has become a much more solitary creature, and tends to stick to himself and his two best friends friends Crabbe and Goyle more then anything else. He doesn't taunt people or even really talk to anyone he doesn't like unless provoked, and he always seems worried. If Crabbe and Goyle weren't such idiots, they'd probably be extremely concerned about Draco. He barely sleeps anymore, always appears nervous or up to something, and is often seen wandering the castle by himself. This is about opposite the old Draco, who was almost never seen alone and not mocking someone.
Friends: Around his friends, or so called friends, Draco can somewhat escape what's going on for a few moments, and pretend he's a first year again when everything was so much simpler. He can make a rude comment about Potter, let Pansy showers compliments over him, and brag about something or another. Of course the moment always ends quickly, and then Draco is rudely brought back into the real world. Very few of his friends suspect how far he's gotten into everything. Sure, most of the Slytherin 7th years know he's working for Voldemort, and a few even know he has to do something. But they have no idea the full extent of it... other then perhaps Crabbe and Goyle, who would be able to figure it out if they had any brains at all.
Enemies: Draco has plenty of enemies, considering he makes it quite hard not to dislike him. He taunts and talks about people, will gladly call a muggleborn a mudblood, and considers pretty much everyone to be below his level. Although he displays this side of himself less and less, it's certainly still there, hiding underneath everything. Of course, his biggest enemy of all is Harry Potter, The Boy Who Lived. Draco hates Potter with every fiber of his being, but that doesn't mean he wants him dead. Draco doesn't really want anyone dead. He can taunt and threaten and make cruel jokes all he wants; but Draco has been raised with an easy life. He doesn't understand death, and wouldn't give it to the worst of his enemies, even if he thinks or says he would.
Lovers: Love has been very absent in Draco's life in someways, yet also very present in others. Such as his family. His mother loves him, and though he would never admit it in public, he loves her. She simply understands him like no one else does, and when she doesn't understand him, she doesn't pry. She allows Draco to figure out things himself, and he's always been very fond of her. On his father.. their relationship is a strange one. You could say they love each other, but it just wouldn't fit. Draco does like his father, and Lucius does like his son, but it's more of a boss and employee relationship then one of father and son. When we switch from the kind of family love to a different kind all together, this too is very mixed in Malfoy's life. While he's attractive, smart, and manipulative, he's always managed to have quite a few girls fancying him at once, though Pansy is the top contender, having followed him like a lost puppy since he can remember. Despite this, Draco feels nothing for them. They're little more then toys, used and then thrown away. If they keep crawling back, then that's their problem.

Others: Bellatrix Lestrange, Draco's aunt, Pureblood Deatheater

History:
Draco was raised to believe that he was better then everyone else. His blood was purer, he was more important and more powerful then others. This was how both of his parents were raised, and so was he. Draco had an easy, comfortable childhood. The Malfoys were a rich, well connected name, a name that opened doors. He was always a clever child, though oftentimes a bully to others because of the way he was raised.
The Malfoy family expected nothing but Slytherin when Draco went to Hogwarts when he was eleven, and of course that's where he was sorted. Before the sorting ceremony, however, is where a big part of Draco's life actually begins surprisingly. When he offered his hand to Harry Potter and was refused, Draco immediately made it his goal to make Harry's life miserable. It was so automatic, to hate someone like him, a Gryffindor who was best friends with a mudblood and blood traitor like Granger and Weasel. Though Draco made his fair share of friends in Slytherin house in his first year, he also made quite a few enemies, which isn't surprising. He'd even gone so far to trick Harry to duel him so he'd be caught out of his dorm at night, and then later tried to get him in trouble for having an illegal dragon, which backfired and got him a detention as well. Draco's hate for Harry Potter only grew when he was made seeker of the Gryffindor team and then won the House Cup.
In second year, Draco was made seeker of the Slytherin team, but while in a game was too busy taunting Harry to notice the snitch was right next to him, and lost the match. Of course, that was the year the Chamber of Secrets opened, and Harry Potter was positive it was Malfoy who did it. Thus, with help of his best friends, brewed polyjuice potion to spy on Malfoy, not that Draco ever realized this. It turned out that it was actually Draco's father who tried to open the Chamber of Secrets, using Ginny Weasley who was being possessed by Tom Riddle's diary. Also in that year, Harry and Draco both participated in dueling club, and as if to fuel their rivalry even more, were chosen to demonstrate dueling each other. Draco conjured a snake, an impressive bit of magic for a second year, but unfortunately Harry spoke in parseltongue and not one even bothered to give Draco any praise.
Then in third year Draco immediately started at it by mocking Harry for fainting when he saw a Dementor. Of course, then he got to taunt him yet again because it seemed like Draco knew more about Harry Potter's past then he himself did, which was easy to rub in his face, on the matter of Sirius Black. When the Dementor problem on the train seemed to die down, Draco and a few of his friends pretended to be Dementors to refresh everyone's memory of it, but the only thing that came in result was that they got into trouble and Harry produced a patronus. Then later in the year, Malfoy's arm got scratched by a Hipppgriff, and though he managed to get the animal executed, it somhow escaped, leaving him quite sullen by the end of the year.
Fourth year came and went fairly quickly, even though so much seemed to happen. It started out on a good point, Draco went to the Quidditch World Cup and then got to torment his classmates when a few muggles were being mocked by a group of Deatheaters, and Harry didn't have any idea about the Triwizard Tournament. Of course Harry managed to ruin it all by being picked to be a Champion along with Cedric Diggory even though he was too young. But then that opened up a whole new series of taunts, as Draco clearly showed support for Cedric and the whole wizarding world turned against Harry as the Daily Prophet wrote awful articles about him. The year ended badly though, with Draco shortly being transfigured into a ferret, Harry somehow managed to live through the Triwizard Tournament, and when mocking Cedric after his death, Draco was hit by several curses and had to go to Mungos to get fixed up.
Fifth year followed the same pattern, though in a different way. Malfoy loved having Umbridge there. Not only did everyone think Harry was lying and crazy because of the Minstry of Magic, but she granted Draco rights that few other students had. Plus, Dumbledore got sacked and Draco mocked Weasley for his Quidditch skills. Of course, just like last year, this year ended badly. His father was seen as a Deatheater and was imprisoned in Azkaban, Dumbledore came back and Umbridge was fired. Everyone loved Harry again. Of course, it was that summer where everything went downhill. That was when he realized he was entering the real world, and it wasn't quite as safe a Hogwarts. Not safe at all, really.
That was when Draco was branded with the Dark Mark, a tattoo meant to signal Deatheaters when You-Know-Who called them. It was also then he was 'awarded' his mission. Kill Albus Dumbledore. While at the time, he believed it to be fairly simple and Draco was arrogant about it as per usual, now he's realized this may just be a way to punish Lucius, because if Draco fails, he's going to die. He's become increasingly distressed, and although his plan is starting to take shape in his mind, he's not sure if it'll work. But he doesn't want to think about what will happen if it doesn't.

Draco's summer had been far from good, and even that was somewhat an understatement. His summer had been downright terribl. With his father in Jail, everyone knew they were aligned with the Dark Lord, who they were spending what seemed like an awful lot of time with, and it made for quite the nightmare. One that never seemed to end in fact, and the dark circles under his eyes and gray tinge to his skin only proved that. Draco had probably the worst summer out of everyone at Hogwarts, and he had no doubt things were only going to get worse. The youngest Malfoy had a task to complete, but he just didn't know whether or not his plan was going to work. It seemed crazy, but at this point was the most sane idea he'd had
In his younger years, the blonde haired boy had been an arrogant bully more then anything else, but that didn't mean he actually wanted to become a Deatheater. From the time he was born, it was what was expected of him. He was supposed to be a Pureblood elitist through and through, a Deatheater and someone his parent's would be proud of. However, Draco just didn't know what he wanted anymore. He wasn't sure this was the path he wanted to take, but it was too late, there was no going back. The slithering black snacks and skull permanently imprinted on his forearm were proof enough. Draco couldn't back out now; once you were a Deatheater, you were one until you died, whether that was from a natural cause, the Ministry, or Voldemort himself didn't matter. If he were to fail his task, there was no doubt in Draco's mind that his future would hold only a fiery pit and the devil for company. Sure, Draco didn't like what he was doing. Far from it. He'd made fun the he old man plenty, but that was different from actually murdering him... but he wouldn't allow that to hold him back. If it was Dumbledore or Draco, he'd choose himself every time.
Sitting in the common room alone late at night, such as he was now, often left him to think of things he'd rather not. Such as failing said task. He knew what would happen to him, to his family. He couldn't allow failure, he wouldn't allow failure. Draco had a plan, and even a few backup plans just in case. He wasn't in Slytherin just because he came from a Pureblood elitist family, or because he was a nightmare even to his so-called friends, it was also because of his cunning, his ambition. Draoc always had a plan, and this time was no different... other then the fact it involved murder. But that didn't matter, because even if Malfoy didn't like what he had to do, he was bound and determined to get it done. He wouldn't allow anyone or anything to stop him, and that included sleep. So just as the clock struck twelve did Draco stand up from his chair, stretching tight limbs from sitting too still for so long.
He quietly moved across the common room, exiting with barely a sound to spare. Most of the Slytherins slept soundly and he doubted anyone heard him, but he didn't want to risk it, so he carefully made his way down the halls, taking lots of sharp turns and moving at a quick as pace as he dared, hoping to lose anyone who might be following him. Finally Draco found what he was looking for, and after pacing once, twice, three times, and closing all the loopholes, he stepped inside the Room of Requirement, intent on getting some work done.
