The Quidditch pitch is a long oval in shape and surrounded by the stands. On each end are the three goalposts of different heights set into small sand pits which provide a softer landing for the Keeper should he or she fall from their broom. This is where Quidditch trials, practices, and games can be found.

Surrounding the Quidditch pitch on all sides are the stands. Quidditch being an aerial sport, the stands are a mix of evenly spaced towers and lower stands where you can observe practices and games. These somewhat rickety structures are decorated with the playing teams' colors on game days and are filled with screaming fans.
