Oh dear dad can you see this now? I am myself, like you somehow Justin Finch-Fletchley is a muggleborn sixth year from Hufflepuff. He is known for both his fierce loyalty to his friends and house and his gullibility. He is generally friendly and cheerful to everybody, but he will drop that attitude if one discriminates against hufflepuff or muggleborns. Justin values his friends above all else and will do anything to defend them, and thanks to the DA he has even more friends than he has ever had before across all houses (Except Slytherin, who he does tend to have problems with more than any other group of people) Justin is currently being haunted by the death of his father, something that he has always escaped from at Hogwarts, and the rise of Voldemort, which puts both his family and his friends at risk. He is trying to follow the advice of his father and keep his friends close to him, because Voldemort's rise has made his future is so uncertain.

justin&lunaWell, Justin and Luna were in Dumbledore's Army together, so they'd know each other, and I think they could be friends. (: They're both kind of gullible; do you think Luna could convince Justin that Nargles exist? That would be funny. xD Luna's really supportive, too, so she could help him handle the death of his father if he was having a particularly bad day because of it. Thoughts?

I agree. I think that their personalities sort of lend them to becoming friends pretty easily. Something interesting that I found out is that they were paired up to duel in the first DA meeting, so they would have actually met at least once before. As for Nargles and Crumple Horned Snorkacks, I think that she could probably convince him of their existence fairly easily. He's gullible, and an article in the Quibbler would probably be all the proof needed to convince him of it. XD I also think that they could relate to each other somewhat because they both went through the death of a parent at roughly the same time in their lives, and she could definitely help him through a rough day. He would probably try to help Luna with any kinds of problems she might have, considering his loyalty and overall character.

Hello, hello! I'm Rain and as you can see I play Mr. Dean Thomas.
So....Dean and Justin huh? I see lots of similarities and possible friendship between them. Sixth year, DA, muggle families, friendly, etc. I could see them getting along. Any thoughts? :D

Justin and Dean:
Hello! :D I think Justin and Dean would get along pretty well. They have a lot in common and there's nothing that would prevent them from being friends. I see a strong possibility for friendship between the two. :D

OH HEY THERE NEW BEST FRIEND :'D
So both Hufflepuffs, same year, and they have to be friends. Maybe they could know about the deaths in each others families? Susan wouldn't get annoyed with Justin talking about things like she does with people who question her since he's gone through things like it. She wouldn't push him to talk either. And they could help each other study, and maybe he could help her make the bullies leave her alonee?

Justin & Susan
I agree. They could definitely relate to each other through the deaths, and Justin would be sensitive about her past and all of that because he wants to be the best friend possible to just about everyone. I think they would at least be acquainted with one another, since they're both sixth year Hufflepuff DA members. He would help with bullies, especially now that he has some dueling experience from the DA. They would have plenty to talk about, they could study together sometimes, and they have some stuff in common. I think they would be fairly good friends. :D

Yes yes yes! Susan would understand and not push Justin about his deaths, and as long as he didn't do it back, everything would be fine. Yeah, they've definitely had to at least know one another, so moving up to better friends is completely fine! She doesn't have a ton of close friends since she's shy, but I'm sure she would open up to Justin just fine. The same goes for her, she can now stand up for herself at least a bit better than she could before~ They could just sit around for hours and study and be quiet, I feel. They could practice spells together as well! Hooray good friends!

justin&lunaWow! They actually have a lot in common. (: I think they could be really good friends, actually! Especially if he believes in Nargles. xD If you want to thread, we could totally do something. Like, she could be reading the Quibbler issue about Nargles, and she can start telling him all about them. hahaha. It could be fun! Let me know what you think/when/if you think you'll be ready for a thread like this.

JUSTIN AND LUNA:
That idea sounds great! I'd prefer if you started it, though, since it'll be my first thread. As long as that's okay with you, of course. :)
JUSTIN AND SUSAN:
Hooray for friendships! :D

ASTORIA AND JUSTIN Well he's cute, Astoria is not blind and would notice that, to a point I could see her having a slight crush on him but he is a 6th year, a muggle born and the fact he is not a Slytherin and he does not like them would totally put her small crush to a stand off. I don't think she would be mean to him unless he said something to her or insulted her sister in which case she'd knock his teeth out but I also don't see her looking for a fight from him either. I don't see these two hanging out much but perhaps she could help him see not all Slytherin's are 'jerks' and not all want Voldermort around. Thoughts?
